Settlement Overview

  • A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit, Garritty v. Project Neptune, LLC, et al., pending in the Third Judicial District Court, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, Case No. 250907398 (the “Action”). The Notice informs you of the settlement and your rights under it.
  •  The Settlement includes all persons who purchased tickets for the Glenn Beck Cruise Thru History scheduled to depart March 24, 2020 (including “Insider Package,” “VIP Package,” and “Inner Circle Package” tickets), except those persons who received a full refund of their ticket purchase.
  • If approved by the Court, the Settlement will establish a $800,000.00 Settlement Fund. Members of the Settlement Class, as described herein, may submit a claim for their pro rata portion of the Settlement Fund.

Your Legal Rights and Options in This Settlement:

File a Claim Form

Submitting a Claim Form is the only way that you can receive any of the Settlement Benefits. Submit your Claim Form online here or mail your completed paper Claim Form so that it is postmarked by April 1, 2027.

If you submit a Claim Form, you will give up the right to sue Defendant and certain other Released Parties (as defined in the Settlement Agreement) in a separate lawsuit about the legal claims this Settlement resolves.
